He was a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He was the founder of our organization which was established in the year 1999 as a sole proprietorship and has grown as a partnership firm from the year 2003 onwards. He had also qualified the "DISA", FAFD examination held by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He had a proven experience in the fields of Banks/Financial institutions Statutory, Information Systems Audits, Concurrent, Stock and receivable audits, Revenue Audit of nationalized and scheduled banks and Public / Private Limited companies, Internal and Special Audit of Govt organizations. His expertise spanned over multiple avenues in the financial ecosystem which includes Management Consultancy, Financial Advisory, Business Valuation, Strategic Planning, Real Estate Planning, Compliance services under FEMA, Enterprise Strategic and Risk Management, Financial Process Outsourcing, CFO supporting services, Mergers and acquisitions, advice on the procedure for corporate insolvency, Restructuring Advisory.

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven experience in Statutory Audits, audits under US GAAP/ Limited Reviews of Listed Indian companies and Reviewing Internal Controls over Financial Reporting from his articleship with Ernst & Young (EY) and his experience from working with Deloitte (Offices of the US). He has succeeded Mr. B Srinivasa Rao as our Managing Partner following his passing. With a deep sense of dedication and a thorough understanding of the firm’s values, he navigated the challenges that came with succession, ensuring a seamless transition while upholding Mr. Rao’s legacy. He looks over multiple avenues in the financial and operational ecosystem of the firm and other functions including Management Consultancy, Financial Advisory, Business Valuation, Strategic Planning, Financial Process Outsourcing, Virtual CFO services. He is also an aspiring Certified Public Accountant (CPA) USA.

A Qualified Fellow Chartered accountant and Associate Cost Accountant, practicing since 2016 with extensive knowledge in Audit, Accounting and Finance. He is one of our partners and in charge of Visakhapatnam Branch since 2016. Qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2009 and has a post qualification experience in manufacturing and construction industry as Financial and MIS Manager till 2015.
He handles statutory, internal and stock audits of public and private sector entities operating in the areas of Infrastructure, banking and financial services, power generation, manufacturing, trading and Agro based sector, Performing CMA analysis and Detailed Project Reports in association with banks, Preparation and filing of income tax returns, Tax planning and investment advisory services for Clients and performs Tax Audits of entities under different sectors, Filing of annual returns of companies with ROC and Company incorporation. He has expertise in Office tools and has a good working experience on SAP and accounting modules.
